Subscriptions and Byeolmung Pro

Byeolmung Pro purchases are handled through Apple. To cancel or review renewal details, open iOS Settings, select your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. If a purchase completed but Pro access is not visible, open the app, confirm you are using the same Apple ID, and try restoring purchases from the paywall or settings screen if that option is shown.

Account deletion

Use the in-app account deletion flow from Settings when available. This starts deletion of local app data, the Firebase-linked backend auth mapping, and the matching RevenueCat customer record. If you cannot access the app or need help, email innerbuilder.co@gmail.com from the email address associated with your sign-in provider where possible.

Sign-in

Byeolmung uses Firebase Auth with supported social providers. If sign-in fails, confirm your network connection, update the app, make sure the provider account is active, and try again. Do not send passwords or one-time codes to support.

Location and AR Sky

AR Sky and sky timing features work best when location permission is allowed and the device has a clear sensor reading. You can change location permission in iOS Settings. If location permission is denied, Byeolmung may use a birth city or general fallback where available.

Privacy questions, correction requests, access requests, and deletion questions can be sent to innerbuilder.co@gmail.com. The Privacy Policy explains app storage, iCloud sync, Firebase Auth, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, and AI processing.
